KallosSim on iPhone
Short guide for invited Internal TestFlight testers. This is not an App Store listing. Full handbook: How to use — iPhone. Questions: FAQ.
Join and install
- Install Apple’s TestFlight app from the App Store if you do not already have it.
- Open the invite you were sent (email or a TestFlight link). Use the same Apple ID that was added as an internal tester.
- In TestFlight, tap Install on the KallosSim build you were asked to try.
- Open the app and sign in with the same email and password as the website (kallossim.com/login).
If TestFlight says you are not invited, ask the person who sent the invite to add your Apple ID again. Do not create a new KallosSim account just for the phone — use the account you already have.
Two apps — how to tell them apart
This product currently has two iPhone apps. They can sit on one Home Screen if both are installed — they do not both arrive from Internal TestFlight.

Internal TestFlight currently installs KallosSim (Capacitor) com.kallossim.app. KallosSim Native com.kallossim.app.native is a Phase 1 sibling — it may be installed separately (Xcode / a device build) until it shares the TestFlight listing.
Tell them apart by the name under the icon. In the source files both use the same brand mark, so the icons can look identical. If you only have one of them, use that name.
What Native Phase 1 covers versus the website
KallosSim Native (Phase 1) lets you:
- Sign in with email and password (same account as the website).
- Tap Start conversation — if you have no draft, the chat opens while the case is generated (this can take up to about two minutes).
- Read the folded Case background and send text turns to the AI persona.
- Continue a draft stored on this phone for your account. Sign out.
Use the website in Safari (or the Capacitor app if you have it) for everything else, including:
- Role picker, Quick start themes, and the A–J card deck
- Voice
- Continue with Google / magic link
- Evaluation / debrief, Practice advisor, and org admin
- Sectors other than the default UK children’s case Native opens
No in-app Help on iOS. The native app has no ? button and no Hjelp screen. Open the website handbook in Safari or Chrome:

If your install is KallosSim (not Native)
That is the Internal TestFlight app. After you pick a sector you are on the same site as desktop. Prefer the handbook links above if in-app help is missing or awkward on a phone.
If TestFlight will not install
- Missing Compliance — the build is still waiting for an export-compliance answer in App Store Connect. Wait, or ask the person who invited you.
- No Builds Available — processing is not finished, or your Apple ID is not on the Internal Testing group yet.
- Wrong Apple ID — TestFlight must be signed in with the same Apple ID that received the invite.
